Bakkanali - Rosso

At Roscioli, we always say that everyone will like a wine when both Alessandro Pepe and Gaetano Saccoccio both like it, and this is what happened with this wine. Gaetano prefers extremely natural wines and Alessandro thinks about the palates of all the others who like them cleaner, and thinks that the natural wines can often have quite off-putting aromas. The guys at Bakkanali work organically, with some biodynamic practices, on a vineyard of 25 years of age to make this incredible wine which is sincere on the palate, has a beautiful refreshing acidity, and feels totally alive, as it has not been manipulated. Let this wine bring out the Bacco, or Dionysus, in you!
