Shipping policy



1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and either refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or arrange for a future delivery when the item becomes available.

Our minimum order is 3 bottles. To ensure safe delivery and prevent breakage, we ship wines in specially designed cartons, available in multiples of 3, 6, 9, 12 bottles.

Please ensure you are aware of your local laws regarding wine delivery as we cannot ship to certain regions due to alcohol restrictions. 

3. Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. 

For United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong: o
rders shipped in these countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in the final price and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. These costs vary depending on the destination country, the number of bottles, and the total value of the shipment. For a more accurate estimate, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Delivery Times

Orders within Europe typically arrive within 5-12 business days.
Orders within USA tipically arrive within 10-15 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking number will be active only after customs clearance procedures.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Our shipping partners specialize in handling perishable items like wine, ensuring that temperature and handling conditions are optimized for your order.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For orders to Hawaii or Alaska customs fees, import taxes and duties may be imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on any applicable fees.

7. Shipment Damage or Loss

We take great care to ensure that your wine arrives safely. In the rare case of damage or loss during shipping, please contact us immediately at wineclub@rimessaroscioli.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by either issuing a replacement or a refund.

8. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holiday days.

9. Shipping Restrictions

You must be of legal drinking age in your region to purchase wine from our shop. A signature and identification verifying age is required upon delivery.
