Frequently Asked Questions
Each box contains six 500 ml extra virgin olive oils selected from small Italian producers. The oils represent different regions, cultivars and styles.
Both options include the same selection of six 500 ml extra virgin olive oils. The Annual Membership renews every October 15 and reserves the new selection for you each year at the member price. Members also receive discounted prices on additional boxes and selected add-ons, along with access to recipes and content. The One-time Box includes one selection only and does not renew.
Olive oil follows the rhythm of the harvest. We collect orders in advance so we can reserve the right quantities from small producers, then wait until the olives have been harvested, pressed and the oils are stable enough to ship. This allows us to send them as fresh as possible.
The new selection is expected to ship in late November or early December. The exact timing depends on the harvest and on how long each oil needs to settle before it is stable enough to travel. We'll ship the selection as soon as all six oils are ready and we'll inform you via email before shipping.
