Refund policy
Shipment Damage or Loss
At Roscioli Wine Club, we prioritize the safe delivery of your wine. In the rare instance of shipment damage or loss, please contact us immediately at wineclub@rimessaroscioli.com with your order number. For claims involving damage during transit, photos will be required by our shipping carrier to process insurance claims.
If your order has not arrived, you must notify us within two months of the order date to allow us to address the issue with our carrier. We are committed to resolving these matters promptly, either by issuing a replacement or a refund, where applicable.
Delivery of Alcohol
By law, delivery of alcohol requires the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. If you will not be available to receive your order, we recommend shipping to a UPS Access Point or a UPS store for your convenience.
After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. A redelivery fee (based on the size and location of the order) will apply, at the client's expense.
Stolen Packages
UPS implements strict measures to ensure that wine is delivered securely to the intended recipient. Once a package has been signed for, responsibility for its safekeeping shifts to the recipient. In the unfortunate event of a theft, it is the client’s responsibility to address the matter with their insurance provider or UPS directly.
While Roscioli Wine Club cannot be held liable for stolen shipments, we are happy to assist by providing any necessary documentation to facilitate your claim.
Wine Quality
At Roscioli Wine Club, we are committed to delivering wines that reflect the best of our producers’ work. However, wine is a natural product and cork taint or spoilage can occasionally occur. If you believe a bottle is corked or otherwise faulty, please email us as soon as possibile describing the issue. In some cases, we may request the return of the wine with most of its contents intact for evaluation. While we cannot guarantee full refunds or replacements for every case, we will offer a shop credit based on our assessment of the situation.
(For Roscioli's Private Cellar only: These bottles come from private cellars, restaurants, and rare wine dealers. Each bottle has its own history. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the condition of the wine beyond what is described and shown in the photographs. Replacements are accepted only in case of damage during transit.)
