Ca' Liptra - Quattro

Quattro by Ca' Liptra is a Pet Nat sparkling wine made from a blend of Verdicchio and Malvasia, grown on the calcareous soils of Marche. The winemaking philosophy is oriented to  sustainable viticulture, avoiding synthetic treatments and promoting biodiversity in the vineyard. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine is aged on the lees, developing a fine perlage and complex flavors. Ca’ Liptra’s goal is to produce wines that reflect the unique terroir of Marche, with minimal intervention and a focus on natural processes. 
Quattro is a vibrant and elegant sparkling wine for a sunny aperitivo with both charcuterie or fish appetizers.
