“Statale 131” is the main road stretching from the Gulf of Asinara in the north west of Sardinia, to Cagliari in the south, finding it’s way along blustery winds, lush coastlines, hills of rare beauty and mountains full of mystery. Along this road two wineries, Antichi Vigneti Manca and Cantine di Neoneli, connected and began an explosive exchange of views, thoughts, ideas and taste, leading to the creation of two wines, both holding the name of the road that for so long has been the highway of Sardinian history.

The Statale 131 Rosso takes the winemaking knowledge related to Cannonau that Vigneti Manca and Neoneli developed in two completely different parts of Sardina, the former in the Asinara gulf up in the north-west of the island and the latter in the middle of it and united into an experience that is unapologeticly Sardinia. Big, bold and so tasty, with a richeness and warmth that bring you to the fire place inside a friend house during a feast.
