The botanical Cocktail box
Collettivo Botanico was born from a simple idea: making vermouths, bitters and liqueurs with the same attention usually reserved for wine. Few ingredients, all natural, no unnecessary additives or artificial flavorings.
Below you'll find a list of simple cocktail recipes, easy to recreate at home with all the products included in the box.
SPRITZ FOUR WAYS
Spritz is probably the simplest way to start mixing these bottles together. Fresh, low in alcohol and easy to adapt, it can change completely depending on which bottle you choose: more bitter, more citrusy, more herbal or brighter and lighter.
FOLLOW THE 3-2-1 RULE
3 parts sparkling wine
2 parts Bitter, Vermouth, Limoncello or Agrumato
1 part soda water or sparkling waterBuild directly in a wine glass filled with ice and garnish as you like. Start with the classic one, made with Bitter, and then try different combinations and build your own.

SOUR COKTAILS
Sour cocktails are among the oldest and simplest cocktail styles: a balance between spirit, citrus and sweetness. Fresh lemon juice brings acidity, while honey or sugar softens and rounds the drink. These two versions are shaken cocktails: just add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well for a few seconds, and strain into a glass. You can serve them straight up or over fresh ice, depending on the season or your mood.
RHUBARB SOUR
2 oz Collettivo Botanico Rabarbaro
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz honey syrup (dissolve 1 part of honey in 1 part of hot water to make the syrup)
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
VERMOUTH SOUR
2 oz Collettivo Botanico Vermouth
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
VERMOUTH-BASED COCKTAILS
Vermouth was born in Turin, Piedmont, in the late 1700s, when wine began to be infused with herbs, spices and roots, originally both as an aperitivo and as a medicinal tonic. Its defining botanical is artemisia. Collettivo Botanico Vermouth follows this tradition: a good base wine from Tuscany, artemisia and a small selection of botanicals macerated without artificial aromas or additives, letting the wine remain at the center of the drink.
VERMOUTH & SODA
Simply fill a glass with ice, mix 2 oz of Vermouth with 3 oz of soda water, garnish with an orange slice or lemon peel.
MILANO-TORINO
Build directly in a rocks glass filled with ice, adding 1 oz of Vermouth and 1 oz of Bitter. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.
NEGRONI SBAGLIATO
Add 1 oz of Vermouth and 1 oz of Bitter to a wine glass with ice, top with 2 oz of sparkling wine and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of orange.

agrumato smash
A fresh and easy mulled cocktail inspired by the Caipiroska, but with a more Mediterranean profile - citrus, mint and botanicals coming together in a light way for summer.
2 oz Agrumato
2 orange wedges
1 lemon wedge
6–8 mint leaves
2 tsp cane sugar
Splash of soda water
Crushed ice
Muddle the citrus, mint and sugar directly in the glass. Fill with crushed ice, add the Agrumato and stir gently. Top with a splash of soda water.
