FIJO by Albamocco is a unique expression of the Verdicchio grape, crafted by young and passionate Alessandra Venturi and Filippo Russotto. Their vineyards, located in the rolling hills of the Marche region, are planted in clay and limestone soils, which impart a distinctive character to the wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on the lees for several months to enhance the wine’s texture and complexity. FIJO showcases the bright acidity and crisp structure typical of Verdicchio, with a touch of minerality that reflects the unique terroir of the region.
