Arcari & Danesi’s Franciacorta Saten is an elegant and refined sparkling wine made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. Giovanni Arcari and Nico Danesi, the visionaries behind the winery, are dedicated to showcasing the unique qualities of their terroir through sustainable practices. The vineyards, planted in morainic soils rich in limestone, provide the perfect conditions for producing high-quality Chardonnay. The primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, and the secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by 24 months of aging on the lees. This Saten style wine, known for its lower pressure and finer bubbles, offers a smooth and harmonious palate with well-integrated acidity and a touch of minerality.
