Pasquale Bonamici - Primessida

Pasquale Bonamici is a young producer from Mamoiada. His family has always been involved in viticulture and now it's his turn to carry on the winery by combining his father's teachings with modern improvements to produce a wine able to embody the great potential of the area. During our interview we discovered a curious yet bizarre fact: as in other parts of Italy, the European Community provides funds to explant old vines in place of new ones. A practice that clashes with the highly traditionalist spirit of this place.
