Pasquale Bonamici

In the rugged heights of Mamoiada, at around 750 meters above sea level, Pasquale Bonamici crafts wine from his family vineyards. He launched his own project in 2020—whole bunches fermented naturally, no chemicals, hand-harvested and aged thoughtfully in neutral barrels. The fruit of his labor, De Vidda, is an unfiltered Cannonau that bursts with the purity of Sardinia—prunes, spice and wild herbs.
