Bricco Bracchi - Diavolo Rosso 2021

Diavolo Rosso is a lively, deeply-colored red wine produced from Dolcetto grapes, native to the Dogliani region. Made by Marco Battaglino, who transitioned from restaurateur to winemaker, this Dolcetto undergoes spontaneous fermentation with 20 days of maceration and manual punching down. Aged in cement tanks on fine lees for a year, it delivers an unpretentious yet full-bodied character, perfect for those who enjoy straightforward, drinkable reds with a fresh and approachable style. With only 1500 bottles produced, it captures the essence of Dogliani’s rustic charm and winemaking tradition.
