The Armentario 2016 is crafted from the Nero di Troia grape, known for its deep color and powerful character. The estate’s vineyards are situated in the Alta Murgia National Park, where the rocky, limestone-rich soils contribute to the wine’s minerality and complexity. After hand-harvesting, the grapes are fermented and aged in a mix of stainless steel and oak barrels, resulting in a wine with intense aromas of dark fruits, floral notes, and subtle spices.
