This wine comes from our small vineyard in Neoneli, in the heart of central Sardinia, and is produced for us by Cantine di Neoneli. The plot is planted with a field blend of local varieties — at least ten to twelve different grapes growing together — with Bovale, Monica, Pascale and Cannonau forming the backbone of the wine
Production is very small — only about 900 liters — reflecting the scale of the vineyard and the idea of working closely with the land.

Cantine di Neoneli

In the heart of Barbagia, three friends—Samuel, Marco, and Salvatore—joined forces to revive their village’s fading vineyards and traditions. At around 500 meters above sea level, on granite and sandy soils, they farm Cannonau and other native varieties organically, harvesting by hand. In the cellar, fermentations rise freely, and aging unfolds in cement and neutral wood, giving wines their rugged soul and humble grace.
