Made from 100% organically farmed Sangiovese grapes, the wine is a testament to the unique microclimate and mineral-rich soils of the Rufina hills, east of Florence. Spontaneously fermented and aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, it achieves a perfect balance of structure and freshness, showcasing the essence of Sangiovese with finesse.
