The Glera grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel, followed by secondary fermentation with the Charmat method. Francesca’s intention is not to follow trends, but to make a Prosecco that reflects the land it comes from—elegant, clean, and naturally expressive. Her vineyards sit at higher elevations, where cooler temperatures preserve the wine’s freshness and purity.
