I Mandorli - Rosso 2024

Nestled in the hills of Suvereto, Tuscany, I Mandorli is a biodynamic estate deeply connected to its surrounding landscape. The Rosso 2024 is crafted primarily from Sangiovese, with possible additions of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, depending on the vintage. The vineyards face the Tyrrhenian Sea and benefit from constant breezes and mineral-rich soils. The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels. Aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry, and Mediterranean herbs lead to a palate that is structured yet fresh, with fine tannins and an elegant finish.
