Il Bioselvatico - Toscana Rosso

Il BioSelvatico is a small, innovative estate located near Arezzo in Tuscany, founded by Filippo Volpi, a former chef with a deep passion for wine. The winery embraces organic and biodynamic practices, using natural methods both in the vineyard and the cellar. Toscana Rosso is a pure expression of Sangiovese, fermented with whole clusters in open-top tonneaux, followed by aging in oak and concrete vessels to enhance its complexity. This wine offers aromas of dark cherries, violets, and a hint of earthiness, with a vibrant acidity and fine tannins that give it both freshness and structure. Il BioSelvatico’s commitment to sustainability and minimal intervention results in a wine that is both expressive and true to its Tuscan roots.
