Terre Eteree is made in Maremma Toscana from a blend of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo, grown on clay and limestone soils in the hills near Grosseto. The vineyards are farmed biodynamically, with hand-harvested grapes and spontaneous fermentations, followed by aging in large neutral oak or cement. Emilio Falcione approaches viticulture as an act of listening rather than control, guided by season and balance.

La Busattina is a small agricultural estate in Maremma Toscana, led by Emilio Falcione. The project is rooted in biodynamic farming and a daily, attentive relationship with the vineyard, where observation comes before intervention. Falcione approaches viticulture as a long-term practice, shaped by seasonality and repetition rather than adjustment or correction. La Busattina’s work reflects a rural Tuscan landscape still driven by agriculture, where wine is one expression of a broader, coherent way of working the land.
