Devidda Riserva is a premium Cannonau by Pasquale Bonamici, crafted with the utmost care and dedication. The vineyards, located on granite and sandy soils, benefit from sustainable farming practices that avoid synthetic treatments. Pasquale allows spontaneous fermentations and ages the wine in oak barrels to develop its complexity and structure. The winemaker’s philosophy is to create wines that are a true expression of their terroir, with a focus on natural processes and minimal intervention. Devidda Riserva is an unfiltered and unclarified wine obtained with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and only produded in the best years. The old vines are located at about 750 meters above the sea. Very limited production of about 360 cases per year.

Pasquale Bonamici

In the rugged heights of Mamoiada, at around 750 meters above sea level, Pasquale Bonamici crafts wine from his family vineyards. He launched his own project in 2020—whole bunches fermented naturally, no chemicals, hand-harvested and aged thoughtfully in neutral barrels. The fruit of his labor, De Vidda, is an unfiltered Cannonau that bursts with the purity of Sardinia—prunes, spice and wild herbs.
