Tittía is a white wine that captures the inland freshness of Sardinia, made from the native Semidano grape by the young winery Pedra Niedda. Founded by Enrico, a Tuscan agronomist, and Susanna, a native Sardinian, the project began with the recovery of her family’s abandoned lands in the village of Sini. Together, they planted their first vines in 2018 and embraced a vision that balances tradition and innovation. The grapes come from trusted local growers and are aged partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak, then blended and matured further to add harmony. Tittía is a vibrant and elegant wine, but also a symbol of Sardinia’s quiet revival through thoughtful, sustainable viticulture and a strong connection to place.

Emerging from a profound love for land and tradition, Enrico, a Tuscan agronomist, and Susanna, a native Sardinian, returned to Susanna’s ancestral home in Sini to revive neglected vineyards and forge a new chapter in Sardinia’s winemaking story. Established in 2018, their two estates span the volcanic slopes of Monte Arci and the rolling hills of Mandrolisai, where they far Cannonau and rare Semidano vine varieties Their farming is intentionally organic, working hand-in-hand with the ecosystem: green manure, sparse fertilization, and vine training that embraces alpently structured roots and minimal energy expenditure.
