This zero-dosage sparkling wine is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the calcareous and clay-rich soils of Franciacorta. The founders, a group of friends passionate about authentic and sustainable winemaking, ensure that the wine undergoes traditional method fermentation with secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by 30 months of aging on the lees. The absence of added sugar allows the wine’s crisp structure, taut minerality, and refreshing acidity to shine through.
