Cantine Chiaromonte, located in the renowned Gioia del Colle area of Puglia, has built its reputation on the expressive potential of Primitivo. The Muro Sant’Angelo vineyard, planted with old bush-trained vines, lies on mineral-rich soils that lend structure and depth to the fruit. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel, followed by aging in large oak barrels that preserve the wine’s core fruit while adding subtle complexity.
