Valter Mattoni - Quiss 2021

Valter Mattoni, known as “La Roccia” for his steadfast character, crafts wines that mirror his authenticity and deep-rooted connection to his land in Castorano, Marche. A decorator by trade and a winemaker by heritage, Valter continues his family's tradition with passion and minimal intervention.
Quiss is his last creation—a white wine that balances structure and drinkability. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled unfiltered, it offers subtle fruit notes and a clean, medium-bodied palate. With an alcohol content of 14%, Quiss stands as a refined expression of Pecorino, produced in limited quantities.
