Imagine trapping the entire Mediterranean in one bottle. Imagine two incredibly strong young women fighting with fire caused by angry neighbors, with climate change, with a production of a free standing bush unique Vermentino that has to compete with the industrial version of it for unaware and lazy tourists. Imagine a 7 thousand years old piramide that gives to the Manca sisters a link to their soil and tradition and help them not to emigrate and abandon one of the most deep, ancient and representative culture of Europe. Actually, do not imagine it, drink it.

Garrige is the way French describe the Mediterranean flavors, those notes of bushes, herbs, "cisto" (a local Sardinian plant) and of course the iodine of the sea side. Lots of fake, filtered and artificially aromatized Vermentino were produced on the Sardinian coast with fake aromas, perfectly pairing with fake tourists with their fake boats and yachts. This wine is different, it has the structure of a full body red with the refreshing seaside flavors of a complete white. It can be paired almost with everything from fish to meat to medium hard cheese. Drink it slowly, very few bottles produced and almost entirely for our wine Club and our restaurants.
