Simone Sedilesu embodies "new wave" of young winemakers taking hold in Mamoiada. Since our first meetings we have learned to appreciate his human qualities besides his winemaking skills. This time, however, we will find Federica Dessolis at his side, a young oenologist just back from a top-level work experience at the famous Domaine de la Romanée Conti. We will discover ties and balances that rule a coexistence in the shade of the vineyards. 

This Cannonau, same grape as Grenache, is a winner with everyone! This is a full-bodied wine, soft but bursting with Mediterranean flavors, with the tiniest amount of sweetness that makes it even enjoyable on its own. A perfect pairing for meatballs or a hamburger too.
