Barbagia Bianco by Vike Vike is a fresh and vibrant Granazza from the region of Mamoiada, crafted with a deep respect for tradition and the natural environment. The vineyards used to obtain grapes are on average 50 years old and are farmed organically, avoiding synthetic treatments and promoting biodiversity. The winemaker believes in spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention, allowing the grapes to express their true character. The wine does not macerate at all and spends about 7 months in large oak. Barbagia Bianco is a crisp and aromatic wine, with a fuller body, and a beautiful expression of an indigenous grape of this region.
