A Vineyard on Etna - Scirto Collection

Etna (Sicily) is an incredible place, that still holds and preserves a real sense of community, with artisanal traditions, surrounded by one of the most complex forms of cultural biodiversity in the world. It's where we decided to buy our first small plot of land, where old vines and olive trees grow together. 

This selection is a way to experience a place through its flavors.

• An extraordinary delicate extra virgin olive oil, made from three local cultivars -Nocellara Etnea, Brandofino Randazzese, and Biancolilla.
• Philia, the elegant, floral and spicy red wine from our vineyard, made from old plants of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante, Catarratto, Minnella, and Precanico.
• Etna Rosso A Culonna, one of the most volcanic and mineral Etna Rosso we have ever tasted.
