A 100% Cesanese from Olevano Romano, in Lazio, made by Alberto Giacobbe, a new-generation winemaker carrying on a family estate founded in 1939. He trained alongside (and next door to) Damiano Ciolli, and famously spent years making wine before bottling his first releases—waiting until it truly felt like a worthy signature. This Cesanese was aged in a private amphora for the Roscioli Wine Club and the result is a wine that feels true to Roman cuisine and local tradition, but with a calm, modern touch.

Alberto Giacobbe works in Lazio, focusing on long-aged wines made outside conventional commercial timelines. His project is centered on local grape varieties, particularly Cesanese, cultivated in hillside vineyards and vinified with the intention of extended evolution before release.
