Antonio Mele - Cannonau di Sardegna Vinera

Antonio Mele’s Cannonau (also known as Grenache) is a tribute to the island’s most celebrated red grape variety. Grown in vineyards with pink granitic and sandy soils, the Cannonau grapes benefit from the unique terroir of Sardinia. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and is aged in large oak casks for 12 months, allowing it to develop a well-structured profile with balanced acidity.
