Case Vecie 2011 is a single-vineyard Amarone produced by Brigaldara from old vines in Valpolicella. Grapes are selected and dried following the traditional appassimento method, then vinified and aged for a long period to allow structure and concentration to integrate naturally. Brigaldara’s approach emphasizes vineyard identity and balance rather than extraction or sweetness. This is a mature Amarone shaped by site, time, and disciplined cellar work.

Brigaldara

Brigaldara is a family-run estate in Valpolicella with deep roots in the area, today led by Stefano Cesari. Over time, the estate has expanded across different vineyard sites, including historic single-cru holdings, while maintaining a clear focus on site-specific wines. Brigaldara has been instrumental in highlighting vineyard identity within Valpolicella, especially through its long-standing work on Amarone and single-vineyard bottlings. The project balances continuity with a steady, thoughtful evolution rather than stylistic shifts.
