Cantine Carpentiere

In the sunlit hills of Castel del Monte, brothers Luigi and Vincenzo Carpentiere have rooted their dream in the vineyards of Nero di Troia, Bombino Nero, and a few international companions. Their cellar rises among ancient dry-stone jazzi once built for shepherds, now home to a modern yet hands-on winery. Grapes are harvested by hand, fermented slowly, and aged in large barrels to preserve the purity of each variety. Each bottle carries the character of the Murgia—full of light, mineral tension, and the enduring voice of family and land.
