Pietra dei Lupi, named after the traditional stone walls used to protect animals from predators, is a bold expression of the Nero di Troia grape, cultivated in the Alta Murgia National Park at 450 meters altitude. The calcareous and pebbly soils, combined with significant temperature variations between day and night, contribute to the wine's freshness, minerality, and structure. Aged for optimal balance and complexity, this wine reflects the unique terroir of Puglia with roses and bitter honey scents.
