This Barbaresco Riserva is produced by Cascina Baricchi and released after fifteen years of aging, a timeline that reflects the estate’s classical approach. Made from Nebbiolo grown in Neive and vinified traditionally, the wine spends extended time in large oak and bottle before release. The long aging allows structure and tannins to settle naturally, without relying on extraction or modern techniques. A Barbaresco conceived from the start for patience and long-term evolution.

Cascina Baricchi, a small family estate in Neive, was founded in 1979 by Natale Simonetta, who continues to run it today. The winery is known for its romantic, almost whimsical approach to Nebbiolo, crafting wines that lean on elegance, perfume, and patience. Natale is a rare traditionalist who believes in exceptionally long aging, allowing his wines to reach the market when many others are already fading.
