Collettivo Botanico is an independent project that produces natural vermouth, amaro, and bitters, using wild botanicals and working with artisan winemakers across Italy. It was created to bridge the world of natural wine and mixology, with simple, transparent recipes and no additives.
Agrumato is a citrus liqueur made by infusing Sicilian Taroccooranges from the area of Lentini, creating a vibrant and refreshing flavor profile.
