Collettivo Botanico is an independent project that produces natural vermouth, amaro, and bitters, using wild botanicals and working with artisan winemakers across Italy. It was created to bridge the world of natural wine and mixology, with simple, transparent recipes and no additives.
Ceraso is a light enolito crafted from wild cherries, macerated cold into wine to preserve the fruit's natural sweetness and aromas. It’s a simple, honest product that doesn’t rely on artificial flavorings or additives. The result is a well-balanced liqueur with pleasant cherry flavors and a lasting finish. It pairs excellently with desserts or dark chocolate.
