Collettivo Botanico is an independent project that produces natural vermouth, amaro, and bitters, using wild botanicals and working with artisan winemakers across Italy. It was created to bridge the world of natural wine and mixology, with simple, transparent recipes and no additives.
This limoncello is produced in small batches using untreated lemons from Amalfi Coast and an infusion process that follows the same hands-on approach used for all Collettivo Botanico spirits. The team works with whole peels, long macerations, and a simple recipe with no flavorings, colorants, or shortcuts. The result is a clean and direct expression of the fruit, with a natural balance between sweetness, citrus oils, and freshness.
