Collettivo Botanico is an independent project that produces natural vermouth, amaro, and bitters, using wild botanicals and working with artisan winemakers across Italy. It was created to bridge the world of natural wine and mixology, with simple, transparent recipes and no additives.
This Vermouth is made from a blend of local herbs and botanicals native to the Aeolian Islands. The wine base is made from Malvasia grape and the infusion includes aromatic spices such as juniper, ginger, and clove pepper, which add warmth and complexity. The fresh, citrusy notes of bitter orange peels further enhance the profile, creating a vermouth that is rich in depth and refreshing at the same time. Ideal for sipping on its own or mixing into classic cocktails.
