Collettivo Botanico - Vermouth di Neoneli

Sale price$51.00

Collettivo Botanico is an independent project that produces natural vermouth, amaro, and bitters, using wild botanicals and working with artisan winemakers across Italy. It was created to bridge the world of natural wine and mixology, with simple, transparent recipes and no additives.
This Vermouth is made from mediterranean herbs native to Sardinia. The wine base is made from a red wine of Neoneli, in central Sardinia, made of a blend different grapes from this area. The result is a very intense vermouth, with notes of cinchona bark and a delicate bitter edge. Ideal for sipping on its own or mixing into classic cocktails.

Collettivo Botanico is an independent project built around a simple idea: starting from good wine, organic fruit, wild herbs, and doing as little as possible beyond that.
They produce vermouths, bitters, and amari in Tuscany, on Monte Amiata, working with natural processes, without artificial colors or additives.
Rather than working from industrial formulas, each bottle is developed through collaborations with winemakers and farmers.
Many of the products are tied to specific places and small productions, from Sardinia to Marche, from Sicily to Tuscany. The goal is to bring the same attention often reserved for wine into the world of aperitivo and mixing: ingredient-driven bottles, connected to the people and landscapes behind them.
