
Gravner - Ribolla 2016
Ribolla 2016 is made by Josko Gravner from Ribolla Gialla grown in Friuli, following his long-established method of fermentation on skins in Georgian amphorae. Farming is organic, with a strict, non-interventionist approach in the cellar. Extended maceration and aging give the wine structure and stability without relying on technology. A reference wine for skin-contact whites, produced with consistency and conviction.
