Sacrisassi Rosso 2019 is produced in Prepotto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, from a blend of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso and Schioppettino grown on stony soils. Le Due Terre is a tiny estate founded by Flavio Basilicata and Silvana Forte, focused on natural farming and minimal intervention. The wine combines Refosco’s structure with Schioppettino’s peppery lift, shaped by a warm but balanced vintage. The name “Sacrisassi” refers directly to the rocky soils that define both the vineyard and the wine.
