Luca Marenco - Nebbiolo 2022

Luca Marenco is part of a new generation of winemakers in Dogliani, Piedmont, working with a deep sense of place and a respect for tradition. The vineyards are planted on classic marl and limestone soils, and the winemaking follows a restrained philosophy: native fermentations, moderate extraction, and aging designed to support rather than dominate the fruit. The 2022 Nebbiolo is structured yet approachable, with red cherry, and hints of spice open on the nose. The palate shows firm but fine tannins, bright acidity, and a steady mineral backbone.
