Petit & Bajan is a young grower project founded in 2008, bringing together two family lineages from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Long lees aging adds depth while preserving clarity and precision. A Grand Cru Champagne built on chalky soils, balance, and careful cellar work.
