A delicate, yet intese, extra virgin olive oil from the 2025 harvest, produced by the Scirto family in Contrada Sciaranuova, Etna, Sicily. The olive trees are grown on Roscioli's small property on the slopes of mount Etna, and belong to three local cultivars: Nocellara Etnea, Brandofino Randazzese, and Biancolilla.
