The Sobrero family has been growing vines in Castiglione Falletto for generations, working some of the historic vineyards of the Langhe with a traditional and straightforward approach. Parussi comes from a cru just outside their home village, in Castiglione Falletto, and shows a more structured side of their Nebbiolo. The 2021 is elegant and deep, with red fruit, subtle spice and the freshness and firm character of classic Barolo.

Sobrero

The Sobrero family has been based in Castiglione Falletto, in the heart of the Barolo appellation, for generations. Today the winery is led by Flavio Sobrero, who continues the family’s work with a clear focus on vineyard precision and traditional Langhe varieties. Their vineyards are spread across some of the most recognized sites in the area, and farming is carried out with close attention to soil health. While Nebbiolo remains central to their identity, the family has also embraced projects like Alta Langa Metodo Classico, applying the same discipline and territorial awareness.
